Leadership Assessment

OPM offers a variety of leadership assessment tools to support agencies in workforce and succession planning. Development-focused tools—such as the OPM Leadership 360TM, the Leadership Potential Assessment, and Leadership Assessment Center—provide feedback for individual leader development to help build the leadership pipeline. Aggregate results from these assessments can provide additional insight on collective strengths and skill gaps to help inform workforce planning and targeted training investments. Additionally, selection assessments and the Leadership Assessment Center can support the selection of candidates into leadership positions and competitive development programs.
